Order Cancellation
You may cancel any order within 6 hours of placing it so long as it has not been processed or shipped. After processing, cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of AED 50 plus any shipping and return transit charges. If you refuse a shipment upon delivery, we will refund the product value minus the return shipping amount once we receive the parcel and confirm it is intact. The refund may also be reduced by a restocking fee of up to 5% for specially sourced products.
Cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected] or via the contact form. If the customer does not respond to our follow-up requests within seven days, the order will be cancelled automatically and the standard refund timeline will take effect.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Bank transaction times vary, so it may take additional time for the amount to show on your statement. If you paid by cash, we will request your bank details to process the transfer.
If the amount received by us differs from the amount shown to the bank (e.g., due to shipping discounts, transaction fees, or promotion reversals), the refund will match the amount we actually received. Any bank charges levied by the issuing bank remain the customer's responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges
Only unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with tags intact are eligible for a return or exchange. Photos or videos documenting the defect must accompany a return request. Send the proof and order number to [email protected] so we can issue a return authorization.
Returns of items damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded within 10-14 business days after we receive the complaint and confirm the defect. Once a return is accepted, a return shipping label will be shared via email.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, keep the product and packaging as proof. Email us with a clear photo or video within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange collection or instruct you on how to bring it to a nearby service center for inspection.
